- Primary Work: launched a new Org Chart platform using consumer-grade UX for a major HCM platform in just 90 days. This increased utilization by over 800%, scaling to over 5 million annual users, with over 150k Daily Active Users between web and mobile platforms.
- Secondary Work:
- worked with engineering to build multiple APIs, work engines, and event monitors to detect employee changes across multiple data platforms and event queues (Kafka)
- created an employee connection interface that surfaced similarities between the current user and other employees to build a greater sense of inclusion for new hires.

- Primary Work: modernized UX for company directory experience and promoted prominence within the mobile app, driving mobile utilization of the Directory by over 300%

- Primary Work: modernized the experience by replacing a legacy profile functionality with a modern and mobile-first platform

- created the ability for employees to own their profile contact data visibility (e.g. phone numbers, email addresses, etc.)
- created a "People Like Me" functionality that allowed employees to find other employees with similar interests, skills, and backgrounds to increase a feeling of belonging

- Primary Work: created a centralized Mongo document store for employee data that allowed various employee demographic fields to be indexed and searched by all products in the HCM platform. Each of these APIs scaled to tens of millions of requests per month.
- Secondary Work:
- worked with other Product and Engineering teams to add new demographic data to the models allowing for different data shapes to be returned based on platform needs
- led effort to replace a legacy search page with the new APIs, reducing the page load time from 10 seconds to 100 milliseconds and search latency from over 20 seconds to 400 milliseconds for enterprise clients
- created an API to allow one or more employees' reporting hierarchy to be traversed finding relationships between each employee (e.g. supervisors, or third-level supervisors).

Worked with engineering and data science teams to take user inputs for employee search data and convert it into Employee Search API compatible tokens based on NLS packages, converting intent into query subject and filters. |

- Primary Work: expanded basic Survey Tool into a statistical survey analysis platform complete with multiole new question types (ranked answers, conditional follow up questions, Likert Scale, etc.) and statistical analysis such as mean, median, mode, standard deviations, confidence intervals, margin of error, and random sampling for survey assignment.
- Secondary Work:
- created a survey library of over 50 default survey templates for clients to use that measure engagement, preferences, and onboarding informarion.
- created a mobile-first survey format for assignment within the mobile app
- created a Surveys Report Writer to allow clients more visibility into survey results
